A utility room that was to be as stylish as it was utilitarian. The requirements were to fit within the dimensions of a room with a bit of a tricky layout, housing a washing machine, tumble dryer, ironing board and vacuum cleaner. Not forgetting a boot sink, integrated fridge and freezer as well as providing storage for the usual cleaning products. All in a finish to complement the marble floor. Easy!
An addition to this was finding a use for the, now redundant, boiler-room. Having a good rapport with the clients we knew what keen hosts they were, always keen on entertaining family and friends. So, what better use of a potentially useless space, than a stunning fitted wine rack? One hundred and seventy-five bottles should make for a good night…
